Square installs visitor entry phones for multi-tenant residential buildings and office towers. Visitor entry phones, sometimes referred to as visitor intercoms, allow building guests access to an otherwise locked building. On the entryphone, visitors have the option to choose the resident or business they wish to call. The receiver of the call can have a conversation with the guest and then by pressing “9” grant access to the building.
In residential buildings, visitor entry systems are often placed in vestibules or access to visitor parking areas. In office buildings, visitor entry systems are installed to allow guests access outside of regular business hours.
