At Square we provide two types of service on demand or as preventative maintenance. For clients under a service agreement, they have access to on demand service 24/7 to ensure critical security components are operating as they should.
For most commercial customers we can service less critical security systems within 1 or 2 business days. Our skilled team of technicians can service all the systems we sell as well as security equipment installed by other companies.

Preventative Maintenance
Unexpected video loss or a card access system that is down will cause serious disruption to a business and create safety and liability concerns. To minimize these risks, we offer preventative maintenance programs that include regularly scheduled site visits to check up on all components of your security system and replace aging equipment prior to failure. We also have options for all-inclusive preventative maintenance packages which includes replacement equipment and labour at a fixed rate.
